The lightweight cargo straps typically have a cam buckle, this uses a pull-to-tighten system rather than the crank-to-tighten features seen in ratchet straps.  This can be very important when over-tightening can cause damage to precious cargo.  With a 800kgs break strength capacity, cams still offer considerable strength and easy tightening.

The alternative to cam buckles would be a lightweight ratchet strap, typically a 800kgs or 1500kgs ratchet buckle can be used.
